Why can I not use a wire transfer for a 'Book Now' program?

The wire transfer option is only available for "Accepted" applications. Book now requires an immediate payment hold on a credit or debit card to process because a wire transfer payment can take three to seven business days, or longer, to be sent and received, a wire transfer is not applicable to the Book Now option.
