Below are the list of requirements needed to be completed to be enrolled for a virtual rotation:
- Final payment
- Updated CV/Resume
- HIPPA Certificate
- AMO Privacy and Confidentiality Attestation
- Internet Connection Test
- Preferred Contact (email & phone number)
- Dean's Letter
- Hospital documents (if applicable)
- Proof of Valid Passport
- Proof of English proficiency
- Malpractice Insurance (If applicable)
