What immunizations do I need to acquire for an in-person clinical experience?

Here are the general immunizations/vaccinations we require you to have for in-person clinical experiences:

- TDaP vaccination from within 10 years before your start date (or at least one - childhood TDaP dose and a Td booster within 10 years before start date)

- Varicella documentation confirming Immunity 

- MMR documentation confirming Immunity 

- Hepatitis B documentation confirming Immunity 

- TB testing from within 6 months prior to the start date of your program

- Influenza vaccination (within current US flu season)

- COVID-19 vaccination card/certificate showing proof of full vaccination (plus booster dose)
