Visit your AMO Dashboard to see the required documents for your rotations.
A list of required documents is available from your AMO Dashboard once you log in. Just select the 'Documents' tab.
To apply and reserve we only need a CV/resume. To complete enrollment you will need to upload the following:
- Immunizations*
- Proof of a passport
- Proof of a visa
- Proof of school authorization (if a current student)
- A copy of your diploma (if a graduate)
- Health insurance
- Proof of English proficiency
- Malpractice insurance (for hands-on programs]
All required documents must be submitted 45 days before the experience is set to begin.
