# Will my traveler’s health insurance cover the cost of getting my immunizations when I arrive?

Currently no insurance plans cover immunizations for international visitors. You will need to pay for immunizations out of pocket.

There are, however, several clinics that offer medical services for free or reduced costs. Your AMO Coach may be able to provide suggestions of where to receive necessary immunizations in the U.S.
